The sandy beach is long and flat, with a gentle slope into the sea. There is no telling how many romantic walks have been taken here, but if there is a perfect place to fall in love, Dillon Beach is it. Kids love to play, where the ocean meets the sand, and roll down the sand dunes. At one time claming was a daily event at Dillon Beach. Look for the historical photos hanging in the General Store depicting some of these sizable prize winning clams. Surfers of all abilities will find a place to enjoy their sport. The beach is open daily, but hours change seasonally. Please phone the store at 707.878.2094 for current information. Day use fee starts at $7.00 per vehicle; annual passes available at the store. Picnic tables, fire pits
and clean restrooms are available on the beach. We welcome your pets here, but bring a leash,
as Marin Country requires dogs to be leashed.
