• For our love of the ocean, towels have been provided for the duration of your stay. Please hang dry & reuse.

Smart TV

• Enjoy Hulu though our guest account or sign into your own streaming device

• Press Hulu button or red power button on remote

• Use navigation buttons to choose program

• Volume is on the side of the remote

• Make sure TV is connected to WiFi in settings: DBRguest - goodfood

Internet

• Wifi is DBR Guest network- Password is goodfood

• In the event of connectivity issues, you can check the status via this link

Heat

• Thermostat controlled heat is located on wall

• Wall mounted fireplace-instructions on side, lighter below sink

• In event of power outage, thermostat will not work, only wall mounted heater

• If thermostat will not turn on, reset button is located below kitchen cabinets. Press down on button through metal grate

Emergencies / Power Outage

• For emergencies, call 911.

• For all other inquiries please call 707.878.3030 x1. Your call will be answered or returned during business hours, 10am-6pm.

• Emergency kit is provided: lighter, flashlight, lantern & votive candles  (under kitchen sink)

Quiet Time: 10PM – 8AM

• Registered guests are responsible for visitors. Due to the tiny drains, spaces & septic systems, no overnight guests are permitted

• All units are non-smoking. Smoking permitted only at the beach

Check Out: 11AM

• Drop key in black lockbox on the Cypress 1 office

• Please wash dishes and dispose of garbage/recycling in the appropriate receptacles to avoid fees

• Please report any damages to Lodging office. Damaged/missing items will be charged to the credit card on file

• Unapproved late check outs will be charged an additional night

Garbage

• Location 1 – Between last cabin and the statue of the Pirate

• Location 2 – In Community Space behind Osprey Cottages

Hot Water Reset

• Hot water reset button is under sink, turn to “on”

Thermostat Reset

• Turn heat to “off”

• In heating vent, there is a gap with a reset button. Press down on this button, then turn thermostat back on
